Monthly Meeting #1—“The Confidence Gap”

Women have made undeniable progress in the STEM profession. However, in 2018, the Society of Women in Engineers shared that only 13% of all engineers in the United States are female. In this monthly meeting, “The Confidence Gap” , we will discuss how women contend with low self-esteem and hold themselves back. We will share great tips and experiences on how to build your self-confidence and work towards all your professional aspirations.
